This book is just America bashing, thinly veiled in a commentary on Puritans. It reads like a bad blog with cardboard covers. It was selected by a book club member, and I had to read it. To the author, 911 just happened and could be cured by donating toothpast. The only America left is Canada, and New York, with a million homeless, is the most exciting city.
