Amazing Gracie: A Dog's Tale Best Quality

Over the holidays of 2008, we lost both of our beloved dogs. Maggie at Thanksgiving and Emme 3 days after Christmas. They were both unexpected and died of different things, and we were devastated. My grieving just wouldn't subside so I started reading dog books... every dog book I could get my hands on, I read. It seemed to have a cathartic affect on me and so I kept on reading. "Amazing Gracie" was without a doubt, one of the very best stories, and has become my favorite dog book! Without going into the details of the story so I don't spoil it for others who haven't read or heard the story of the infamous trio of canine's and their antics, it was so well written that I felt as if I'd known them personally. I loved that about this book. I could visualize and feel what was happening. I laughed, cried and couldn't put the book down until the end and then I wanted more. A sequel perhaps? Surely the bakery and the boys who gave life to the canine trio for all of us to share have other dogs now? Just a thought.... But none the less, I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone who loves dogs or likes dogs or is just curious about dogs and their owners. You won't be sorry!
